What I'm now realizing is all of those statements translate into life outside of fitness. Fitness has made me grow so much as a person, and I thank God everyday that I am healthy enough to be active, and most importantly that I am able to share my love for health with so many people.

Fitness wasn't always my thing.
I used to be the girl that loathed the gym and tried to coast on my teenager metabolism. It took me a long time to make the connection between health and wellness. I didn't realize the importance of fueling my body correctly and finding balance in life. I fell in love with fitness through personal growth, small goals turned into a lifestyle that has fueled my drive in life. I learned disciplines that work, I found joy in helping others discover the keys to their own success. Now with four years of personal training experience, it is my mission to help my clients find that same focus and hustle and discover their own drive. Life should be lived with purpose and #bodygoals.
